Terms and Conditions

Terms of reservations

• The balance of the rental payment is due thirty (30) days before the date of arrival.
• When the booking is made less than thirty (30) days prior to arrival, full payment is required to complete the transaction.
• A deposit of 20% of total rental cost is required when booking.

Payment methods

Customers can make payment via check. Please note that if the reservation is made ten (10) days before the date of arrival, the owner may require payment in cash.

Arrivals and departures

• Arrival: 5:00 pm
• Departure: 11:00 am

Cancellations

• If the cancellation notice is received less than thirty (30) days before the date of arrival, the 20% deposit will be retained by the landlord as liquidated damages. Post-dated checks for amounts related to rent and security deposit for damages and breakages will be returned to lessors.
• If the cancellation notice is received less than thirty (30) days before the date of arrival, all monies received will be kept by the lessor in damages and interest, except the security deposit breakage & damage that will be returned.
